Many chronic and acute illness are directly linked to food sensitivies. We test these sensitivies through:
Food Allergy Testing measures the immediate and delayed reacting antibodies to 115 different foods. Delayed allergies result when foods you are unable to adequately digest are absorbed into your bloodstream, which then causes an immune response. This immune reaction can cause chronic symptoms such as arthritis, eczema, headaches, irritable bowels, etc.
Gliadin Antibody Assay tests for a common food allergy to a protein found in many foods containing wheat, barley, rye and oats. A toxic immune response can occur in sensitive people and is linked to many chronic intestinal disorders. This test is often done in conjunction with food allergy testing.
If food allergies are detected we offer a comprehensive treatment plan to reduce or eliminate the allergic reactions.
